Our Member Support team is made up of trained individuals each with years of experience in expertly helping clients find the professional services they need. BusyFamily also employs its own national team of more than a dozen carefully selected, trained and supervised researchers to telephone-verify all information provided to BusyFamily subscribers. We systematically and repeatedly check that service providers requiring provincial licenses do indeed have current licenses. This check for valid licences includes nursing homes, psychologists, psychiatrists, speech and language pathologists, occupational therapists and so on. Our researchers then gather and update detailed information via direct telephone interviews with more than 50,000 Canadian service providers. Each and every provider is called at least twice a year.
